I made this Halloween card for the Simply Betty Progressive Challenge September 2017. I used the Cast a Spell Betty Set from Simply Betty Stamps by Betty Roberts. The special requirements were dot paper and two ribbons. I colored the image using Copic, Wink of Stella and Wink of Luna Markers. The background papers are from The Paper Studio. The ribbons are from The Paper Studio and Recollections. The embellishments are from Recollections.
