I made this card for the Simply Betty Progressive Challenge April 2017. I used the 20's Charlotte Set from Simply Betty Stamps by Betty Roberts. The special requirements were pearls, designer paper, and feathers. I colored the image using Copic markers. The background paper are from Recollections. The trim is from MSPCI. The Feathers are from Zucker Feather Products. The embellishments are from Die Cuts with a View.
